How can I register in the shop?
It's very simple! Click on "Login" at the top right and then on "Register". Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email and are then created as a customer for the webshop. Orders can be placed immediately after completing the registration process.

If you are already an Idee&Werk customer, here are the instructions for your initial registration:
Open the link at https://shop.ideeundwerk.at/account/password, enter your e-mail address known to Idee & Werk in the E-mail address field and then click on Send e-mail. You will then receive an e-mail with a link for setting a new password. As soon as you click on the link, you will be directed to a page in the shop where you can set your new, secure password.
If you have any questions or problems, our internal sales team will be happy to assist you.

Place an order
You can place orders on our website around the clock.
You can find products via our search at the top right or via the individual categories. Once you have chosen a product, you still have to select the respective variant, i.e. product, colour, size and quantity, and click on the button "Add to shopping cart". Then you can decide whether you want to "continue shopping" or display the "shopping basket".
In the "shopping cart", click on "Proceed to checkout" in the lower right-hand area and you will be taken to the final ordering process. Here you can check and edit your data (add more items and change the billing and delivery address or payment and shipping) before you "Order with obligation to pay".

My account" area
In the "My Account" area you can:
• Keep track of your orders & products
• change your payment method
• view your notepad
• subscribe (and unsubscribe) to the newsletter

For the following points, please contact our internal sales team at the moment:
• Edit your personal data
• Manage your delivery and billing addresses

I have forgotten my password
Click here, just enter your email address and we will send you an email with the information you need so you can easily choose your new password. If you encounter difficulties logging in again, please contact us!

My orders
In the "My account" section you will find an overview of your last webshop orders under "Orders". You can reorder orders that have already been placed 1:1 and add further products from the shop or your watch list.

Payment methods
Prepayment
After completing the order process, you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details. Please make sure to state your order number as the reason for transfer so that we can correctly allocate your payment. As a rule, the transfer takes between 2 and a maximum of 5 working days. After receipt of payment on our account your order will be processed and you will receive an order confirmation with the shipping date. Please do not send a payment confirmation as it does not speed up the shipping process.

Please enter your order number as the reason for payment.
Credit card
You can easily pay with your credit card. We accept VISA and Mastercard. When paying by credit card, the invoice amount is collected immediately after receipt of order. This also happens immediately if we do not have the goods in stock and can only send them when they are available. The credit card details are not stored by us and are only transmitted in encrypted form. Our connection is encrypted by SSL. This high security standard means that your purchase with us is safe.
Paypal
If you would like to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website at the end of the order. There you can log in with your PayPal account details and confirm the payment. Within a few minutes your payment will be booked in our system and the order is released for further processing. If you pay by PayPal, the invoice amount will be collected immediately after receipt of the order. This also happens immediately if we do not have the goods in stock and can only send them when they are available. It is possible that fees will be charged for payment via PayPal. We take over these. There are no additional costs for you.

Pay immediately when completing your order. No credit card number, no additional passwords.
Instant bank transfer with EPS
eps-Überweisung is a secure online payment system for consumers and webshop operators. It was developed in cooperation with Austrian banks to enable online purchases to be processed via secure online banking.
Purchase on account
This payment method is currently only available to our existing customers.

How long does the delivery of a custom-made product take?
Please note that delivery times for custom-made products may vary seasonally depending on the type of product, time of order and production partner.
